Organic Sufe (Sunflower)

Organic Sufe (Sunflower Seeds) are used to make an Ethiopian Dipping Sauce (Yesuf Fitfit). It is one of the side-dishes of Ethiopia, usually prepared during The Fast of Great Lent. It is used with Injera (Ethiopian flat bread). There are many ways of preparing a dish from Sufe or sunflower seeds.
